Equal opportunities

Our work and our coexistence are based on the key elements of diversity and equal opportunities. Only through these is it possible for us to attract exceptional employees with different talents. We want to develop them, inspire them and retain them.

Diversity

Here, the crucial factor of diversity helps us to attract different talents and create an exceptional environment for the advancement of women and diverse colleagues. We want to create a working environment that is characterised by mutual respect and appreciation and is free from prejudice.

A good work-life balance for our employees is a high priority for us as the Project Management Agency for Aviation Research. Through integration into DLR's life-phase-orientated personnel policy, there are numerous offers to enable more time sovereignty. These include flexible working (time) models, such as flexitime and part-time models, as well as reduced working hours. Another option is alternating teleworking and mobile working. Our aim is to achieve a good work-life balance.

Equality

Equality and gender equality are important elements of HR policy at the Project Management Organisation for Aeronautics Research. Our employees are valued regardless of their gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion or ideology, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.
