DLR at the Digital-Summit 2023 in Jena
The Federal Government's Digital Summit took place in Jena on November 20 and 21, 2023. The Institute of Data Science was represented with the DLR_School_Lab Jena of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) at the "Market of Digital Opportunities".
The DLR Institute of Data Science presented an interactive visualization of space weather during themed tours and presented a precise 3D model that was created using drone data. Visitors were able to explore the city of Jena virtually. There was also information on data analysis for crisis management and associated AI models that are relevant for such investigations.
The DLR_School_Lab Jena presented an "AI zoo". The possibilities and challenges in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning were presented in an easily understandable way. At three hands-on stations, visitors could try out how a neural network is constructed.
