Official start for the project "MaTiC-M - Methods and Technologies for an intelligent Circularity of Materials"

We are pleased to be part of the DLR project "MaTiC-M - Methods and Technologies for an intelligent Circularity of Materials". The central aim of the project is to consider the final utilisation or recycling of new products as early as at the design stage. We are leading the main work package "Digital Methods and Tools". Here, tools are to be developed to evaluate possible recycling routes according to Design for Circularity criteria, which can then be directly integrated and taken into account in the product design. The basis for this is the consolidation and linking of the various information and data collected by the many institutes involved in the project.
