Trustworthy collaboration between humans and AI systems is of central importance for the integration of AI systems in aviation. The DLR LOKI project is a joint initiative aimed at promoting trustworthy collaboration between humans and AI in aviation. In recent years, the LOKI team has worked closely with partners from industry and research to investigate how human operators - such as pilots and air traffic controllers - can collaborate effectively and safely with AI systems in complex aviation operational environments.
