Doctor's Degree Dr.-Ing. - Koichi Iribe

We are very happy to let you know that Koichi Iribe successfully defended his PhD thesis today at the Tohoku University, in Sendai, Japan. Koichi spend two years in our institute working in the Pol-InSAR group on the Detection and Application of Coherent Scatterers. Since August 2009 he is back in Japan writing up his thesis on "Investigation on Coherent Scatterers in Natural Environment for SAR Multi-Image Applications" that finally defended with success today on August 18, 2010. We congratulate and wish him all the best for his future.
