Our colleague Nicola Gollin has been awarded the 2019 ARGUS Science Award on 25 September 2019, granted by HENSOLDT. This award is endowed with of 500 Euro. His master's thesis "Predictive Quantization for Staggered Synthetic Aperture Radar Systems" done in Research Group System Performance was successfully defended at Prof. Lorenzo Bruzzone, University of Trento, Italy. The award ceremony took place in Ulm at the premises of HENSOLDT. We wish him all the best for the future!
