DLR at Hannover Messe 2024: Making industry, energy and mobility climate-neutral

At Hannover Messe 2024, solutions and technologies for a high-performance and sustainable industry were presented under the theme "Energising a Sustainable Industry" to achieve climate neutrality through electrification, digitalisation and automation. The DLR joint stand focussed on "Enabling Transformation" and showcased technologies and innovations that contribute to transforming the industry, energy and mobility sectors in a climate-friendly and economically successful way. For the Institute of Maritime Energy Systems, Dr. Steffen Knodt, together with DLR's HR Marketing department, was the point of contact for clever minds who want to research technologies for the world of tomorrow. In addition to the Institute of Maritime Energy Systems, the DLR_Startup Factory company building programme, which focuses on the deep tech sector, was also present this year.
