22. STAB Workshop 2025 in Göttingen

The 22. STAB-Workshop took place on 11 and 12 November 2025 at the German Aerospace Center in Göttingen.

On 10 November 2025, a Special Session on Turbulence Modeling on the topic 100 Years of Ludwig Prandtl's Mixing Length Model was held in addition to this year's STAB-Workshop.

The 23rd STAB workshop is scheduled for 2027. Relevant information will be published on this website in due course.

Presentation

If you wish to give a presentation, please also submit a two-page abstract (Mitteilung) of your presentation in English, using the template STAB-Mitteilung_2025.docx.

The template for the two-page abstract can be found on the website of the German Society for Aeronautics and Astronautics (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Luft- und Raumfahrt; DGLR): STAB-Mitteilung_2025.docx.

The language of the presentation at the workshop can be either English or German. The presentation time is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.

Send your abstract (Mitteilung) and registration form to the STAB office stab[at]DLR.de no later than 10 September 2025.

The STAB annual reports are distributed to the participants of the alternating symposia and workshops as a collection of abstracts of the presentations. This STAB Annual Report 2025 was published on the occasion of the 22st STAB-Workshop, which took place on 11 and 12 November 2025 in Göttingen.

If you are interested, STAB annual reports from previous years (from 1988 onwards) can be requested from the STAB office.

Please note that the annual reports are only published in German.
