We are happy to announce that our colleague Maxwell Nogueira Peixoto received the "Young Scientist Award (YSA)" at the Kleinheubacher Tagung 2021 which took place 28 -30 September 2021. His contribution, co-authored with Michelangelo Villano und Alberto Moreira, is entitled "A Novel Processing Technique to Suppress Nadir Returns in Staggered Synthetic Aperture Radar". The prize includes 250 Euro, a certificate and the remission of the conference fees. Congratulations, to all co-authors, to this success!
