We are pleased to announce that on April 22, 2022, our colleague Dr. Mark Lützner, Microwaves and Radar Institute, Oberpfaffenhofen, has successfully defended his PhD thesis, which is entitled: “A Satellite Swarm-Based Aperture Synthesis Radiometer in Low Earth Orbit for Earth Observation Applications”. The dissertation of Dr. Lützner has been awarded summa cum laude by the University of the Federal Armed Forces (Universität der Bundeswehr) in Munich.
