The video shows the on-demand mobility system developed by the New Mobility Paderborn (NeMo Paderborn) joint initiative, which enables a new form of sustainable and needs-based passenger and freight transportation in rural areas. Lightweight, electrically autonomous and digitally networked vehicles join together from individual starting points to cover longer distances in a swarm. In the destination region, they decouple again to head for individual end points. The aim is to achieve significant improvements in terms of costs, use of resources and emissions.
