Transformations-Hub Scale-up E-Drive
Project description
The transformation hub "Scale-up E-Drive" supports small and medium-sized companies in the automotive industry in Germany in particular in the transformation to electrified powertrains by preparing relevant trends and developments on industry, market, technology, product and production knowledge, classifying them in an international context and providing them in the form of transformation factsheets and dashboards.
This information is intended to present the key developments in the course of the transformation of the powertrain in a compact form suitable for the target group and to support strategic decision-making processes in the companies. The overarching goal is to maintain innovation and technological competitiveness in order to secure value creation and employment in Germany, including for new powertrain products and technologies.
The hub focuses on the following powertrain components: electric motor, power electronics, transmission, energy and thermal management, integration of batteries and fuel cells. The focus is on different vehicle types.
