Development approaches, data rooms, engineering and production platforms

The realisation of road and rail vehicles requires a wide variety of steps along the entire value chain and involves a wide variety of players. The corresponding models and processes of cooperation between OEMs, tiers, engineering service providers, technical services and approval authorities are crucial for the consistency of digitalisation and thus the communication effort and the realisation time of new products (time-to-market). In order to be able to integrate our development methods and tools in a targeted manner, we are working on digital semantic models, data compatibility, trustworthy and secure data exchange formats and data spaces, as well as engineering and production platforms.
