Development of electric drives and power electronics

We develop high-performance electric drives and the associated power electronics for road and rail vehicles as well as for special applications. We respond to specific customer requirements and can design our drives to optimise efficiency and installation space. We have extensive software tools at our disposal for magnetic circuit design and mechanical design through to optimisation of rotor dynamics and vibration behaviour.

  • Magnetic circuit design, mechanical calculation, NVH analysis
  • Prototype construction (with external partners) and measurement on our own test benches
