Libraries: Railway Dynamics

The commercial DLR RailwayDynamics Library is intended to support the development of design, optimisation and control as well as hardware and software-in-the-loop testing of rail vehicles mainly at system level. For this purpose, it offers the possibility to consider vehicle dynamics aspects such as traction, comfort and safety in cross-domain development tasks by preparing vehicle, track, wheel-rail contact models and role scenarios at different levels of detail. The beta version of the library has been available to interested parties since November 2018, with the first full version planned for April 2019.
