Generic part design and generative manufacturing processes are generally based on the continuous addition of material to produce different structures and components. For effective and efficient consideration of the associated manufacturing influences in the corresponding components and parts, integrated virtual shadows and system twins have been created for our plastic systems. (Robotic Screw Extrusion Additive Manufacturing and High-Speed Sintering) These enable systematic detailed analyses of the various interactions between design, development and manufacturing conditions.
