BKG and DLR provide information on the ZKI-DE remote sensing service for federal authorities

Documents for ZKI user training

The Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodesy (BKG) and the Center for Satellite Based Crisis Information (ZKI) of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) are organizing an information event on "The ZKI-DE Remote Sensing Service for Federal Authorities" at the BKG headquarters in Frankfurt am Main on 18 and 19 September 2018 for the second time this year. During the two-day training course, around 20 people from seven different authorities and four different federal ministries will take part and provide intensive advice. In addition to an introduction to the provision of geoinformation products for federal authorities via the BKG, the agenda will include the framework conditions and possibilities of satellite and aerial remote sensing, in particular the ZKI-DE service. In addition, there will be enough time to run through practical application scenarios on the computer in the training room and to discuss possible applications of the services offered. We look forward to a constructive exchange of experiences with all participants.
