Design and development of thermoelectric generators
In the design and development of TEG, we utilise our many years of experience to offer solutions for a wide range of applications, both mobile and stationary. By using our tools and CAD solutions, we can respond effectively and flexibly to specific system constraints and integrate new requirements.

The system can be assembled directly at our institute. The cooperation and the short distances between the individual interfaces of design, construction and assembly enable a rapid realisation of the design in a prototype. The adaptation of measurement technology can be customised to individual requirements.
Our laboratory infrastructure ([Link]) makes it possible to measure the thermoelectric generator. The test rigs are designed for high-temperature applications up to 1000°C, and in future also for cryogenic applications down to -200°C. In addition to the validation of individual sub-components, the expertise lies primarily in the measurement of the entire TEG system, including the comparison and validation with the CFD simulation data.
Design and development of TEG: Utilising our many years of experience to develop solutions for mobile and stationary applications.
Prototype development: Direct realisation of the designs in prototypes at our institute.
Customised measurement technology: Adaptation of measurement technology to specific requirements for precise evaluation and further development of the TEG.
Comprehensive laboratory infrastructure: carrying out measurements of thermoelectric generators in our own laboratory environment, which is designed for extreme temperature applications (up to 1000°C and in future down to -200°C).
Holistic system measurement: Expertise in measuring the entire TEG system, including comparison and validation with CFD simulation data, which ensures high accuracy and reliability of the results.
