Between 26 April and 18 May 2024, research flights with the 3K camera system of the Institute of Remote Sensing Technology will again take place on the Cessna Grand Caravan (D-FDLR). The flights will provide data for mapping areas in Braunschweig and the Northeim area for the V&V4NGC project (Methods, Processes and Tool Chains for the Validation & Verification of Next Generation Car), as well as for traffic detection around Avignon, Narbonne, Perpignan, Biarritz, Zaragoza and Barcelona to validate traffic models as part of the DLR impulse project ELK (EmissionLandKarte) and the MoDa project (Models and Data for Future Mobility Supporting Services).
