The city of Stuttgart and DLR are testing fuell cell cargo pedelecs in everyday use as part of the Interreg NWE project FCCP. The fuel cell-powered cargo bikes will be on the road daily in Stuttgart's Höhenpark Killesberg and at the Münster sewage treatment plant from March 9, 2023. A major advantage of the fuel cell drive is that refueling with hydrogen takes only a few seconds. This means that long charging times are no longer necessary. More information about the test start can be found here.
