View of the snow-covered mountain range of the Pyrenees
Earth observation satellites provide us with information about the condition of and changes to the Earth's surface, vegetation and settlement structures. The image taken by the Copernicus Sentinel-2 satellite on 30 January 2022 shows the snow cover on the peaks of the Pyrenees. The area depicted covers an area of around 120 kilometres.
