As a responsible organisation, we attach great importance to compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards. Our compliance activities are a central component of our corporate culture. In the following, we would like to give you an insight into our compliance strategy, our most important measures and our contacts.
For us as the Project Management Agency for Aviation Research, compliance means adhering to legal regulations and internal rules. These rules include basic ethical principles such as respect for human rights, labour standards, health protection, environmental protection and the fight against corruption.
We live by DLR's guidelines, in which common principles such as respect, fairness, appreciation, tolerance, team spirit, honesty, transparency and acceptance are firmly anchored throughout the company. DLR's compliance management system ensures that these activities are integrated into daily work processes and that all employees act in accordance with the law.
