Aviation strategy of the Federal Government
The Federal Government's aviation strategy aims to make Germany a global technological pioneer for an environmentally friendly, safe, efficient, competitive and, last but not least, passenger-friendly air transport system.
The focus of this strategy lies in the promotion of basic research, financial research funding through the national aviation research programme (LuFo), funding through EU research programmes and the loan programme for financing development costs in industry.
