Working student, internship and/or Bachelor's/Master's thesis: Testing a Motor in a Test Setup

Im Rahmen eines Entwicklungsprojekts suchen wir Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung, Konstruktion und Erprobung von Bürstenlosen Synchronmotoren. Die grundlegende Idee liegt bereits vor, nun soll das Konzept weiterentwickelt, getestet und optimiert werden.

The student is to carry out a literature research on motor test stands for measuring various motor characteristics. A corresponding test setup is to be realised in order to examine various metrics of the prototype produced.

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of CAD programmes (Creo or comparable)
  • Good knowledge of BLDC
  • Good knowledge of working with 3D printerse im Umgang mit 3D-Druckern
  • Gute Erfahrungen mit Python
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben:

  • Literaturrecherche zu aktuellen Prüfmethoden für BLDCs
  • Fertigungstechnische Aufbereitung des Motorprüflings
  • Erstellung und Aufbau eines Versuchsaufbaus
  • Durchführung und Ermittlung der Motoreigenschaften im Versuchsaufbau

The work is being carried out at the German Aerospace Centre in Oberpfaffenhofen.
