HUMANOIDS 2024: RM at the international conference on humanoid robotics in Nancy

The IEEE-RAS International Conference on Humanoid Robotics, HUMANOIDS 2024, took place from 22 to 24 November 2024 in Nancy, France. The team with the DLR humanoid TORO took first place in the robotics competition "Biped Races" in the category "Free Walk/Large Size Humanoids". In addition to workshops, tutorials and scientific lectures, the event also featured a large industrial exhibition and numerous outreach activities for children and the general public.
The renowned conference focussed on all aspects of human-like robots and marked the start of the International Robotics Week in Nancy. The European euROBIN project also held its annual conference during the week. Combined, this resulted in a week full of robotics-related activities for researchers and professionals, as well as numerous guided tours and workshops for school classes and interested citizens.
Further information and the submission of contributions can be found on the HUMANOIDS conference website.
