Develops models and simulations for dispatch planning of individual vehicles and vehicle fleets for rescue, evacuation and supply in crisis situations. Using Eclipse SUMO software in conjunction with KeepMoving, research work is conducted to assess infrastructure accessibility, optimize routes, and plan emergency logistics. The simulation results provide quantitative data on route feasibility, capacity bottlenecks, and conflict resolution. In addition, the research focuses on remote control options for autonomous road vehicles in hazardous environments and disaster situations, taking into account vehicle dynamics, communication latency, and sensor degradation.
