Proportional financing of the development costs of civil aircraft suppliers
With the Aircraft Supplier Programme, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy supports research and technology projects of companies from the aerospace industry, including engine manufacturers, in civil, commercial aviation in Germany by providing loans to limit development risks.
There are currently no open calls for funding opportunities in the field of aviation in this programme. In the area of experimental development for aircraft equipment manufacturers, this loan programme complements the other federal funding instruments for an environmentally friendly, high-performance aviation system, such as the aviation research programme.
