Test successful - students with the model of Rosetta's lander, Philae
The students that worked on the Prototype Rosetta Lander Education Kit expressed that it was an interesting and fun experience that taught them a lot about comets as well as the lander. "It was quite difficult, because all the moving parts are not easy to rebuild, so we had to figure out ways to make the moving mechanisms," said Filippo Ales, a Space Engineering student. Marta Antonini, a student of the European Institute of Design said of the arts students "We thought is was really interesting and fun work, in particular because it is not what we normally do. And we tried to represent the comet the best we could."
