11 May 2012 – the big iceberg gets a 'little brother'
A TerraSAR-X image acquired on 11 May 2012 shows that a second crack (on the left) has split off a smaller, 30-square-kilometre iceberg; it is enclosed by its 'big brother', which has not yet calved.
