Asteroid researchers Alan Harris and Line Drube from the Institute of Planetary Research at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) have discovered a new method for identifying metal-rich asteroids. They used images acquired by the Wide -field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) infrared space telescope.
