Agreement between Spaceopal and the GSA
The new agreement between the GSA and Spaceopal was signed at an event in Brussels. This will enable the company to operate the Galileo satellite for a further 10 years. The control centres are located in Oberpfaffenhofen and Fucino. Giuseppe Lenzo (Managing Director Spaceopal), Carlo Des Dorides (Executive Director GSA) and Simon Plum (Managing Director Spaceopal) signed the agreement (from left to right).
