Anaglyph images can be derived from the data acquired by the nadir channel of the HRSC camera system, which is aligned perpendicular to the planet’s surface, and one of the four oblique-viewing stereo channels. They provide a realistic, three-dimensional view of the landscape when using red-blue or red-green glasses.
