On 27 and 28 November 2019, the ESA Council Meeting at Ministerial Level took place in Seville. The German delegation was headed by the Federal Government Coordinator of German Aerospace Policy, Thomas Jarzombek, who is a member of the Federal Parliament (right) and Walther Pelzer, a member of the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt; DLR) Executive Board member for the DLR Space Administration (centre).
