Cooperation with NOSA
The Norwegian Space Agency (NOSA) and DLR extend their cooperation. At the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Dubai, Walther Pelzer, Member of the DLR Executive Board and Head of the German Space Agency at DLR, Anke Kaysser-Pyzalla, Chair of the DLR Executive Board, and NOSA Director General Christian Hauglie-Hanssen signed the framework agreement.
