Developed for planetary exploration and missions in hard-to-reach areas on Earth, the DLR Scout rover prioritises extreme manoeuvrability and robustness. The system is fault-tolerant against motor or mechanical failures, capable of traveling upside down, and surviving falls from heights exceeding 1.5 metres.
