HUG is a haptic input device that uses its lightweight robot arms to measure the human body's movements, enabling the user to perceive the forces from the remote or virtual environment and adjust them in real time. The user feels the forces that the robot senses, sees what the robot sees, and can easily and intuitively control the robot's arms, hands and mobile platforms (wheelchair with EDAN, mobile body with Justin).
