In April 2023, ESA launched its largest planetary mission to date, targeting the biggest planet in our Solar System. The JUICE space probe, weighing over five tonnes, was launched on an Ariane 5 rocket from Europe’s Spaceport in Kourou and is on its way to Jupiter and its icy moons Ganymede, Callisto and Europa.
