Automated air transport of large cargo

An un­manned air­craft car­ry­ing about one ton of pay­load should be able to de­liv­er, for ex­am­ple, hu­man­i­tar­i­an goods over a dis­tance of up to 600 kilo­me­tres. Project ALAADY (Au­to­mat­ed Low Al­ti­tude Air De­liv­ery) aims at con­duct­ing the first test flights with drones at the end of 2017.

An unmanned aircraft carrying about one ton of payload should be able to deliver, for example, humanitarian goods over a distance of up to 600 kilometres. Project ALAADY (Automated Low Altitude Air Delivery) aims at conducting the first test flights with drones at the end of 2017.
