To mark International Women's Day, we asked women in our team a series of simple questions about their work, motivation and vision for the future. Their answers – often just one word – highlight the passion, curiosity and dedication that drive their work every day.
Increasing the number of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) remains an important goal. Diverse teams bring different perspectives, ideas and experiences, which are essential for innovation and progress. In fields such as aerospace and space research, this diversity helps tackle complex challenges and develop solutions that benefit society as a whole.
To inspire the next generation, we also support initiatives like the Girls' Day. These opportunities allow young students to discover STEM careers and see how exciting and impactful these fields can be.
