Containers on board a ship during a trial voyage
During experimental voyages with research ships in the North Sea, further tests can be carried out using the mobile eMIR containers. The containers can be temporarily loaded on board, for example to allow data previously obtained from virtual experiments to be compared with data from the real world. The containers are also able to test mobile operations centres that can be used on the coast. They can be individually equipped and used both on land and at sea.
