Since 18 April 2016, the German Aerospace Center (DLR) is required to publish EU Calls for Tender in the procurements of supplies, works and services, and IT services via an electronic public tendereing platform. The subreport ELVIS tendering platform of the provider serves the complete procurement process – from the announcement to awarding of the contact.
