German ESA astronaut Alexander Gerst gets a workout on the advanced Resistive Exercise Device (aRED) in the Tranquility node of the International Space Station. Due to the lack of gravity, it is important to do enough sport because the weightlessness break down the muscles. ARED (Advanced Resistive Exercise Device) makes it possible to train the muscles in weightlessness.
