High-resolution 3D SRTM image image of a region in the Andes in Ecuador that was published by DLR on 19 February 2000, while the mission was still ongoing. The 5897-metre-high Mt. Cotopaxi, one of the highest active volcanoes on Earth, is visible in the image.
