Participants and research team of the HypoFon study
The researchers investigated the influence of hypoxia (oxygen deficiency) at a simulated altitude of 2500 metres on various cardiological and metabolic parameters. The HypoFon study was carried out by Bonn University Hospital together with DLR and the German Sport University Cologne. The test participants spent several days at DLR.
