Demonstrator for more efficient air conditioning in fuel cell vehicles
Many hydrogen applications rely on compressed hydrogen. The energy used to compress the hydrogen is often not reused. DLR is therefore developing a technology to harness this energy – for example, using heat pumps or cooling systems – and thereby increase the overall efficiency of the process.
