Next generation of European space talent
The German Space Agency at DLR is committed to supporting Europe’s next generation of space professionals. Through the new German Graduate Trainee (GGT) programme, young German experts are given the opportunity to launch their careers at ESA, with the prospect of subsequently working either at ESA or in key areas of the European space sector. The programme begins in 2026 and will include six trainees each year.
