DLR receives TOTAL E-QUALITY award once again

Equal opportunities and diversity are very important to us. Our commitment in this area has been recognised again in 2025 by the association TOTAL E-QUALITY Deutschland – the eighth time in a row we have received this accolade. This year, we were one of 61 organisations and companies honoured for their exceptional dedication to equal opportunities and diversity. The award was granted for the years 2025 to 2027.
This achievement demonstrates the sustainable anchoring of equality and diversity in our organisational culture. The TOTAL E-QUALITY award stands for HR policies that are geared towards equal opportunities, based on an intersectional, inclusive approach. At its core is the promotion of gender equality as a core dimension of diversity.
