Anaglyph image of the eastern part of Noctis Labyrinthus
This anaglyph image, which gives a three-dimensional greyscale impression of the landscape when viewed with red/blue or red/green glasses, was not generated from the stereo channels of the HRSC as is usual. Instead, the digital terrain model of the image mosaic and the nadir mosaic, the vertical top view of the area, were used to generate a 'virtual' anaglyph image. When using 3D glasses, the landscape of Noctis Labyrinthus becomes a spatially spectacular experience.
