Radiation sensor and GNSS antenna
Using the broadband radiation sensor, DLR's HALO research aircraft measures radiative fluxes from above in the visible and near-infrared spectral range. This image shows the roof-mounted connection for this instrument, as well as the connection for the GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) receiving antenna, which is part of HALO's scientific positioning and attitude determination system.
