INAIR 2025

The INAIR provides an international platform for the exchange on current issues in air transport. Thematic focal areas include innovation, new technologies and sustainable approaches to the further development of the air transport system. In 2025, the DLR Institute of Air Transport was represented with contributions from the fields of air transport economics and air transport management – ranging from demand and supply analyses and studies on sustainable energy carriers and climate protection strategies to optimisation methods in flight operations, including research into the use of quantum computing. 15th EASN International Conference

This year’s EASN International Conference was held under the guiding theme “Innovation in Aviation & Space towards sustainability today and tomorrow” and focused on technological innovations and sustainable concepts for the future of aviation and space. DLRK 2025

The DLR Institute of Air Transport contributed to and chaired sessions in areas such as UAM, flight operations, navigation, modelling and simulation, and data management and visualisation. The DLR Institute of Air Transport presented several contributions from its Air Transport Management and Air Transport Economics departments at the 27th Annual Conference of the Euro Working Group on Transportation (EWGT).
